Booklist Information
  1. An admin fee applies to all orders. This a processing and handling fee, not a delivery fee.
  2. Backorders are sent to your students school. Any items not collected will be returned, and credited. This does not include revision guides as they are specific to a year.
  3. All booklist enquiries should be directed via an email to booklist@lighthousebooks.com.au.

    1.  If you have previously placed an order you do not need to register again, simply Log In using the email address and password you created when you first registered and proceed to step 7If you have forgotten your password, use the ‘Forgot your password?’
    1. If this is your first time ordering with Lighthouse Books you will be required to register and create your account.
    1. Click on ‘Register’ in the top right corner of the Welcome page. 
    1. Complete the ‘Create a new account’ page with your details.  Passwords must be longer than 6 characters and have at least one letter, number and special character (ie: !@#%)
    1. When this has been completed, we will send you an email. Click on the link in the email to verify.  This will take you to the ‘Log In” page.
    1. Log in using the same email address and password created. To start an order, select Orders from the menu.
    1. Students log in with a username and password based on the students first and last name. Select ‘CLICK HERE’.  Usernames and passwords are firstnamelastname up to 12 characters all lower case, as per the examples.

              Eg:                                  Elizabeth Campbell or                     Ling Phoung Nguyen

              Username:                  elizabethcam                                      lingphoungng

              Password:                   elizabethcam                                      lingphoungng

  • For some students the Username is an ID number unique to the student  - St Michaels and St Dominics. Passwords are firstnamelastname up to 12 characters all lower case, as per the examples above.

  • Schools using a school code are listed. Simply enter the appropriate code and select the booklist for the required 2024 year level.

  • Select your Subject choices. The recommended items and number required will show automatically for each year level. Please make your selection/alteration to your order through your subject choice areas.
  • Compulsory Items have been selected for you by your School and will automatically be added to your order.
  • Check your order carefully and hit the Place an Order Button.
  • Complete the required personal information. You must nominate a delivery address. There will not be a pickup option for the 2024 back to school year.
  • Select pay by Credit Card now (These payments attract a 1.5% credit card fee) or Bpay option. Bpay payments do not attract the 1.5% credit card fee. 
  • Please help us supply your exact needs by ordering carefully and accurately. Stationery and Revision Guides are not refundable. 
  • You can access your order details at any time by logging in as above.
  • For alterations to your original order simply e-mail the change to booklist@lighthousebooks.com.au.
  • All paid orders will be delivered to your nominated address during December and January 2024.  
Payment Methods
  1. Orders not received at Lighthouse Books by the 17th of December, 2022 will be treated as late orders. This does not include students new to the school in 2023 or changes to any original orders received before the 17th of December 2022.
  2. Late orders (after 17/12/2022) will be charged a $12.95 Late Fee to cover cost of additional ordering, packaging and distribution. These late orders will be packed as soon as stock is available.

Lighthouse Books will ensure that goods are prepared with a reasonable amount of packaging material so as to provide for a safe delivery.


Although Lighthouse Books's online ordering begins 14th November 2023. Packing of orders does not begin until mid December. This time allows for stock to arrive from the suppliers. Therefore orders may take at least 4 weeks from time of ordering before they are dispatched. Please follow the progress of your order via the "Your Orders" screen in the booklist ordering portal.

Booklist Orders and Delivery

The timing of booklist deliveries is outlined in your individual school booklist information sheets.

Delivery Delays

When delivery is delayed, there may be an issue with supply.  We will make a decision to wait until the product arrives but if this is not feasible the item will become a backorder and sent out separately to your home address or via the school. The main order will be released for delivery.  

Late Orders

Orders not received at Lighthouse Books by the 15th of December, 2023 will be treated as late orders.

An additional fee of $12.95 applies.

These late orders will be packed as soon as stock is available. This is not a guarantee that your order will ready before the start of Term 1.


Refunds and Exchanges
Lighthouse Books offer a refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

  • Item is faulty
  • Change of subject within 30 days.

Products can be returned under this policy but customer will incur the postage cost of return the item (this does not apply to in store purchases). No refunds are given for the following:

  • Software (including eBooks) 
  • Flexibooks where the shrink wrap is opened
  • Revision Guides
  • Stationery

The prices for the goods supplied include GST. Prices may vary during the year without notice.

Duplicate receipts can be issued upon request.
